Business ProfileforASE Timberworks

On 11/15/21, My neighbor hired ASE Timberworks LLC, owned by *****************, *******************************, ********** maps it looks like its a Shed) ************************, to cut down a tree that was between our two properties. When they cut the tree a portion of it landed on my house and damaged the siding. It was clear and evident that it was caused by the tree and either they failed to realize it at the time OR they knowingly observed the damage and decided not to notify me or my neighbor. My neighbor, while working on his yard noticed the damage and notified me on 11/28/21. My neighbor and I reached out to **** on 11/30/21 to advise accordingly and to inquire about next steps. He apologized and expressed that he will take the appropriate action. He provided me with the option to repair myself and he would reimburse me. He also provided the option to have his people to come out, assess the damage and repair it. I dont have the skill set to perform repairs, so I opted for him to have his people to repair it. I did notice people that came out and look the damage, but no action or repairs have occurred. I was able to reach **** during the Christmas Holiday season 12/17/21 and 12/23/21 and told him that I understand that it is the Holidays but by my expectation is that repairs would take place thereafter. I have attempted to call him on 2/16/22, 3/12/22 and 3/22/22 and have left messages each time that he has not responded to. He also has a number on business card that I tried to reach on 11/30/21, 2/16/22, 3/12/22 and 4/6/22 and he doesnt respond to that number as well. The numbers are ************ personal and the number listed on the business card is ************. I would like intervention to resolve this matter and/or ensure that appropriate action is taken for his public business to remain in good standing.
