We had contracted with Fences Plus LLC. to install a vinyl fence for our backyard on 10/12/2023. As of today, our fence post is not stable. Some of the panel felt off and the post are moving/tilted. The post is not set correctly. The whole fence is crooked or not in line, such as one post is in and the other is out, not set straight. We been trying to contact the contractor to come out and look at our issues and get it fix. We been trying for 3 weeks now via text messages, and phone calls. I also email them. As of today, nothing has been done. They have not come fix the issues or contacted us on when they will come out to look. The contract was they would install the vinyl fences and warrantee that the fence would be in good standing and used. If we had any issues, they would come out take a look and fix if it needs be. But we have not gotten any communication from the fence company on when they will come out. They are not being responsible to our communication. We then went ahead and got another contractor to come out and look at the issues for us. They gave us an estimate of $3300 to fix the whole issues. We paid Fences Plus LLC a total of $7175.00. Since we did not hear from Fences Plus and they are ignoring our communication and issues, we contacted another contractor to fix the issues for the amount of $ 3300.00. We would like Fences Plus to reimburse us the $3376.00 we paid to the new contractor. We don't trust that Fence Plus will do a good job fixing it and if something else goes wrong they are not going to come back. We do not want to deal with them anymore at this point.
