I contracted Collier Remodeling for a job after a recommendation from another entity I have worked with and even referred them to someone else where they started before me on a bathroom remodel. I signed a contract with them at the end of May and paid a 50% deposit of $33,600 that was for materials and the first 4 weeks of labor as outlined in the contract. The team came on first 2 days and demo a wall and moved my laundry machine so I could use them then left as was told had to finish up some other jobs. after a few weeks of not returning calls or texts i got a message from the owner saying he was sorry but due to his mental capacity he will not be able to do the job and will refund my money. That was on July 1, 2022. Now on Aug 22, 2022 they have not retuned a single call or answered an email or text and not given any money back either. I know they are working as I have been informed by some of the suppliers that they have contacted them for other jobs but at this point I just want my deposit back.

We gave Mr Collier 23362 dollars total to finish our basement by February 15 2022. We had no problem with giving him the money because he previously did two projects for us with no problem. He put down our floors and built a fence around the whole yard. When Mr Collier first started doing the basement everything was good but around January is when all the excuses and lies started. Mr Collier would literally say he or his worker is going to come and when that day come no call or no show and when you call him he sends you to voice-mail. We haven't seen Mr Collier since Like May 2022 and he hasn't sent his worker since June 2022, the whole month of July 2022 nobody came no call no contact with him period. I talked to him this past Friday August 12 2022 he told me out his own mouth he was sorry and they would be here on Saturday to make a list of what need to be done and start working on Monday August 15 2022. Again no call no show please We need help.

In December 2020, Collier Remodeling installed a LVT plank floor throughout my whole house and guaranteed the work for a year. In June/July 2021 (less than 6 months), spaces started occurring between the planks and floor became "high" and "low" in several spots throughout the house. Floor is now like a "roller coaster" with the bumps and "cracks" in the hallway. After trying to call him weekly from 7/5/21 to 2nd week in August, he finally answered phone and came out and looked at floor and admitted that evidently the sub-floor was not level (which he said was good prior to installing floor) and that has caused the issue. He would be back around 2nd week in September to repair the floor. I have not heard anything from Lakendrick C******, the owner, since that week. Over last 2 months, I've tried contacting him via phone calls and E-mails and left messages with no reply back. He is ignoring my phone calls; however, I tried calling him one time from a different phone number than my cell phone (which he has in his contacts) and he picked up after 2nd ring. Once I told him it was me, he pretended like he couldn't hear me and hung up. I immediately called him back and he would not answer. I cannot get in touch with him. I spent over $11,000 on this job and I want my floor repaired or my money back. He also told me he was licensed and insured, and I have since found out he is not. Please help !!!!
