I regret hiring Dustin. Two years ago, he installed our sprinkler system and he made a complete mess of our yard & did a terrible job on the install. To list a few issues: He trenched instead of a less invasive way of running the sprinkler lines, the sod he replaced was only on top of where where trenched were and he left a huge mess with red mud everywhere: in our garage, on our driveway, and on top of the 'good grass.' We were left with muddy mess for 2 years. Now, the quality of his workmanship has shown to be atrocious. We've had another company come out now 4 times and replace multiple sprinkler heads, replace PVC lines that were broken (and were put in broken), and move sprinkler heads since they were not hitting the grass. At first, we reached out to him directly to resolve these issues, and just like the complaint already here on the BBB, he either made excuses or wasn't able to accomodate due to his schedule. He gave us a year warranty, but the warranty is as good as his ability to come out and fix it. His inexperience with sprinkler systems has cost me now another couple thousand dollars to fix it + i've now had to resod the majority of the areas he put sod down himself costing another few thousand dollars. Not to mention, I've recieved quotes after the fact and he overcharged me by thousands of dollars. Please do not hire him. Please go somewhere else. This sprinkler system has been a reoccuring nightmare.
