      On May 20, 2023 I dropped off a hard drive WD ***** ********** Serial Number ************ for data recovery service attempt I made follow-up calls / texts on the following dates to check status with no response from owner June 1, Jun 29, July 24, Sept 29, Nov 14 All with no response I went by the office Nov 24 and it had closed with no forwarding address I texted a request again on 12/18 with no response Remedy Requested I want my hard drive back at this point, or I will seek legal action not just for cost of a replacement drive but for potential value of the data on the drive for potential ID theft if there is a potential it has been shared with unauthorized parties.

      Over a year ago I took my son’s gaming laptop to this business. We got it back and paid for it brought it home and had issues that night so I took it back the next day. I have called and gone by several times in the past and all I hear is they are waiting on parts. Now nobody will answer the phone and the building is empty. I don’t care if the laptop works-I’d like it back to get repaired elsewhere.

      I dropped my laptop off around February and can not get in contact with them anymore after being told multiple times they are waiting on parts I just want my computer back.

      Our company has a 30 day policy on goods not picked up within this time become property of computer doc. We tried to notify him and after a few months of no contact after the job was finished and no payment the laptop became property of computer doc as is posted in our store and on the ticket signed by the customer at drop off

      The business in question has taken a piece of my computer and has not responded to me at all. I need to get this item back because it contains a large amount of my personal data.

      I dropped my laptop off early this year. I have been in touch with them several times and have been told multiple times they are waiting for parts. However during the last two weeks I have been unable to contact them by phone or physical contact -- office appears always to be closed, and now even signage is missing. I would like my HP laptop back, working or not.

      My computer had been left at computer doc for over half a year for computer repairs. He was hardly even there, would rarely answer the phone, and would never return my calls or even call me at all. On the rare occasion I would get in contact with him he would always tell me it would be ready in a week, which it never was. One time we had agreed upon a set date and time to meet so I could pick up my computer. When I got there on time he did not show up, and after fifty minutes of me waiting he still did not show. When I did eventually receive my computer, when I took it back home it did not work, so I took it to another computer repair shop to get it looked at. When they looked at it they said that the motherboard and processor were not compatible so it would not work. We looked at the parts that were in the computer and compared it to the original parts. These newer parts were not only different but also of lower quality. When I went back to Computer Doc to get my original parts back, a couple of them were similar to the original ones but were still different parts. I have not only lost money but also a lot of time because of computer doc.

      I turned in my computer to get fixed and the owner has been trying to hand me computers that aren't mine. He won't give me my stuff back. I've lost $300-$500 of equipment from him and 600 Gb of personal data such as photos that are irreplaceable. He keeps dodging me and I've even offered to settle this if he pays me for damages but I guess he's just stupid enough to think I'll be satisfied if he hands me a random old dusty computer.
