            Oh my God where do start, first of all DO NOT hire this company. They are so rude, unprofessional, not empathetic to the family. Not the supervisors, especially not Melissa B**** the lady who was incharge of my brothers funeral arrangements. Their policies are unethical and make no sense. They gave us a hard time about disclosing the local Miami funeral home that was used. This caused us so much problems, and delays with the handling of transporting my brother from Miami to New York. Let me tell you the immense disrespect was unreal. Melissa would not answer the phone call and will not ever return your call back. You have to keep calling and hope she picks up the phone. Rude unprofessional, there are not enough words to describe the un-professionalism and disrespect this business has towards its customers.
