On 6/13/2022 I dropped my 2018 Subaru Forester off for a routine oil change. I soon got a call telling me that my battery was low, i had low brakes, i needed an entire new oil pan, and had a bad lug nut. I agreed to pay for everything except the brakes. Upon receiving my car back from all the fixes, the check oil low oil engine light came on. I called the dealership back and they took the car in to see what was wrong and informed me is was a bad sensor and it would be $600 to replace, but they would cover the cost. NEVER did my light come in prior to this event and after them changing my oil and my oil pan (which was covered and leaking oil) did the light come on. I strongly believe that they damaged the sensor and covering up for it. I left my car with them again to fix the light and upon receiving the car back today at 4:30 pm 6//16/2022 i had new fresh scratches in my car, it was dinged up too and i could also see where a white car door hit mine and my door was hit by a white car as well. I have tried several times to contact Vic Bailey to reslove the issue, but i have been iced out and cannot get ahold of anyone or get anyone to call me back. I am simply asking for the damage that they did to my car be fixed, nothing more.Business response

The sensor needed replacing. they can go out at any time and had nothing to do with our oil change. The reason we had to change the oil pan is because the service she had done elsewhere had striped the threads on the pan as well as dented it. We told her that we could not do the requested service if we did not change the pan. She agreed and paid for the service. At time of check out she pointed out several light scratches on the car and was certain that we caused them. We took it to the collision center and buffed them out so they looked much better if at all noticeable. We did not take pictures prior to the service but believe the scratches were there previously. We later picked up the vehicle, replaced the sensor and buffed more on the scratches as she was still not satisfied. We detailed the car for her and made sure nothing touched it while replacing the sensor. She then said it had more scratches. We talked with her and refunded the entire cost of the original service and let her know that no matter what we did for her she was not satisfied and asked her to do future service somewhere else.
