    We live near Asheville and reached out about leasing a vehicle. This is our first time doing a lease. These folks are ON IT!! They helped us... and it wasn't just one person. It was a group effort. They kept us up to date every step of the way. We were able to do paperwork ahead of time to save time at the dealership. Haley was our first point of contact, with Internet Sales. Then we met DJ, our sales person... Who is an AWESOME, friendly, down to earth guy... then on to Thomas in finance. THIS TEAM KILLED IT and we appreciate it!

    If I could give 0 starts I would. This has been the worst car purchase in history. I purchased a vehicle in FULL on 11/28. I have not received tag, title nothing from the dealer. I have called 7 times and left messages for the person that deals with the title AND their manager, still no call back. I spoke to the person that sold the vehicle to me on 1/22/24 and was told that the dmv is running behind and have not process the paperwork. Today I speak to the dmv and was told paperwork was processed on 1/19/24 from the dealer in someone else’s name (other than mine). Still no call back from the dealer. This is so unprofessional, un-organized. If a mistake was made the least they can do is communicate that instead of not responding. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone ever. Hopefully I can file a dispute to get my $6391.75 back.

    Honestly, if I could give a negative rating, I would! This place is a scam and I WISH I would have seen this BEFORE making a purchase. This dealership took total advantage of me being in need of a car, naive, and new to their establishment. I was scammed! I got a 2021 ***** *****, I have almost ALWAYS (90% of the time) paid my payments on time. When I went in VBI needed low monthly payments and something dependable. I STRESSED THIS! They were able to get my payments to almost where they needed to be and no money down. I thought it was great. Fast forward, 2023 I am still paying and was told by a representative that my pay off is May 2024. I got excited! I have been having financial hardship like many others in the world and I felt that was a relief. However, I hit a rough patch and asked for an extension for that months payment. I was told that I could not get one because of my contract. That didn't make sense to me! She told me that I have a BALLOON payment plan. Yes, I pay every month (I may over many times); however, to keep my payments the way I wanted them to be, I pay until April 2024. In May 2024, I pay 18k for the pay off. IF I HAD KNOWN THIS, IF THIS WERE EXPLAINED TO ME AT THE TIME, I WOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THE CAR! I know my finances and, unless I hit the lottery, I know I won't have 18k to pay off my car. Never in my life would I have agreed to that! Vic Bailey Honda is a company of scammers. They are dishonest, take full advantage of their customers, and DO NOT explain everything in contract in full. They just wanted to make a sale. I OFFERED to put money down at that time, and was told that it was not necessary. Not saying that it would have helped, but I trusted them! This is my last time getting a Honda. Perhaps, other Honda dealers are truthful, this one is NOT! Either way, all of this will effect my credit and I will be stuck until my credit is repaired. I will continue my business with ***** where I PAID OFF my car before this one.

    If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. We have essentially been without a car for over 5 weeks now. We are now out 5,000 dollars between all the repairs and diagnostics. We were forced into an expensive unnecessary repair and tricked by fraudulent business practices. I will never buy another Honda again. And I want to warn everyone away from this franchise.

    We set an appointment for one specific repair. It should have taken 2 1\2 hours per the service dept. Twice they gave a complete "out the door" quote & we could wait for the completion. Instead, it took two days. They said, in writing, they didn't think the issue was what we said. They said they were running a diagnostics test, which we did not want. The serviceman had already started the test when we were told. It showed that the problem was exactly what we'd said we wanted to have fixed. We also have written conformation that we only wanted a particular oil used. We provided an unopened container. They didn't use it. So, we were also charged for oil that we insisted not be used. The car was there for two days rather than 2 1\2 hours. They did not want to provide a loaner car. When they agreed to, we were to be responsible for the gas. We were charged $477.00 instead of the $394.38 we were quoted. The inconvenience and aggravation of having to insist on the repair we asked for (the correct repair), a test done that was not needed, additional travel and time for 2 days. Now there is concern of problems coming from changing the only type of oil that has ever been used in this impeccably maintained vehicle.
