I Went Into The Osiel Venue to book My Son birthday party on approximately on about August 28 -29 I Met with Scott M**** for the booking of the venue He wrote up a contract for the day & time & cost for the rental as I was exiting the venue Scott M**** Touch My backside (behind) I Told Him to keep His Hands 2 Himself & I threaten To hit Him So He Ask Me 2 Bring Him an deposit the next Day which I Did But carried My nephew with Me 4 My protection & thats when Mr M**** demeanor change talking foul mouth didn’t Take The Deposive I precented to Him and then He ask Me 2 Bring the deposit back the next day 2 Pay he was no where to be found on that I Called Him but nevertheless He said That He Were N A meeting That He Will Call Me Back He Never Did So Wednesday Aug 31 I Went 2 The ventue & I Seen Another Lady name Ms Cynthia that work in the venue with Scott and I shared the incident to her about Scott touching Me & I curse Him & That’s when He started acting funny about renting the venue 2 Me i then show her the contract He gave Me and thats when she said i will talk to Him about Him touching Me & Cynthia proceeded to carry out contract I gave Cyntina 90$ which was / of the bill of 190$ So took the 90$ & I told Her to run 100 on My card She said that She tried couldn’t take it off & just pay it @7 once I return @7pm to decorate the venue for the party @ 8pm I called Ms Cynthia &6:30 to b sure that She was coming @7 no answer so called back 10 til 7pm no answer 7:10 no answer so then i called the owners niece & ask Her 2 call her auntie which is the owner to ask Her 2 let Me in the venue no answer back Yet So I Called Ms Cynthia Back & Also text phone She text back saying this is not Cynthia number & then I called Scott M**** approximately about 10 or 5 til 8 Pm Scott answered & Said that He weren’t coming 2 the venue it was between Cynthia & I So I Then hung up the phone & the called the owner no answer & then i texted her niece saying that were going to called police
