Entered lobby @2.30 pm and was raining hard, visiblity. I gave my credit card and looked at the room. It smelled and I could not tolerate it. I asked to see another room. It was the same.It was making me dizzy, started coughing. I asked for another room. The girl said they are all the same. I turned on the air conditioning thinking that it might be extra cleaning because of covid. I waited to see if the room would get better. It didn't. My throat was starting to get sore. It was the carpeting. I asked for refund after just 15 minutes later and girl said she could not only the manager could give me a refund. Told to call tomorrow and talk to Ms. *********. I called two more times on Oct. 6 and 7th. On the 8th was told no ******** worked there. I called today on the 13th and told I was not going to get a refund because I was fine with the room. The charge was $84.45 and never stayed. While I was sitting in the club chair I was bitten by a bed bug and have pictures. Stayed at Baymont.
