I was in an auto accident on October 28 of last year. I was not the at fault driver and it was a hit and run. I went to this body shop and they told me they could get me in within the month. They did not but come the beginning of January they got my car in. For the first month it sat on the lot. Then my car sat on the lot for almost 2 months with no work done to it. I had an attorney friend call the owner with no return phone call. I have also text the owner with no return text. When he finally called me back, he stated that the work on the car started, and that it should be complete that week. It was not complete that week and then the following week he said it should be in the paint shop but it has not been to the paint shop. He also claimed it was the insurance company‘s fault for the hold up because they wanted to use used parts on my car. I told him not to worry about the old part to go ahead and order the new part. I would pay the difference. He ordered it and told me that it came in. This was three weeks ago. My attorney friend spoke to the owner today, and he stated to her that the reason the vehicle is not complete is because of the Democrats. The Democrats are paying people to stay home. Its going on 3 months now and I keep getting the run around. Again, For almost 2 months my car sat on the lot with no work. I am having to pay out of pocket for a rental bcuz insurance already paid their portion. This is unacceptable and all I want is my vehicle to be complete. We get the run around, lies that it will be in paint shop but as of today the car is not finished and its because of the democrats. I need some help. Thank you!
