This company still has my semi truck which is my sole income, they did work on the transmission in DEC 2022 where we paid $12,000 to fix. Within a year it was having the exact same issue, they said they would warrant the work since its the exact same issue. He has had the truck since Nov 17th 2023 and still has it to this day Feb 6th 2024. Every day I have to drive down there because he does not answer the phone and I get the exact same response. NOTHING has been done in almost 3 months. I am about to lose my job, my debit keeps piling because I cannot work. I need my truck fixed and back to me ASAP this has gone on long enough. Other reviews online have said the same thing about this mechanic. We are looking into legal action for back wages.Business response

THE CUSTOMER HAS PICKED UP THE TRUCK FROM MY SHOP AND TAKEN IT. THE REPAIR WAS DONE ALMOST A YEAR AGO AND I HAVE NO WRITTEN WARRANTY PROGRAM FOR REPAIRS. ALTHOUGH THIS REPAIR WAS COMPLETED PREVIOUSLY AND FULLY AT THE TIME OF THE INITIAL REPAIR. THE CUSTOMER EXPERIANCED SIMILAR ISSUE WITH THE TRUCK THEY WERE HAVEING BEFORE. IT WAS DEEMED THAT THE REPAIR NEEDED AT THIS TIME WAS THAT THE TRANSMISSION AND CLUTCH NEEDED TO BE SOFTWARE UPDATED OR CALIBRATED WHICH THE CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED THAT MY SHOP DID NOT HAVE THE CAPABILTIY TO DO THAT PROCEDURE BY LAPTOP. WE WOULD OF TAKEN IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TIO HAVE THIS DONE BUT THE CUSTOMER HAS A DELELTED AFTER TREATMENT AND EGR SYSTEM ON IT AND ANY DEALSHIP WILL NOT TOUCH A DELETED TRUCK DUE TO IT IS ILLEGAL. THE CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED ONCE AGAIN AND NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THIS PROCEDURE WERE MADE EVEN MADE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE THAT COULD DO THIS PROCEDURE AND HE PICKED THE TRUCK UP HIMSELF TO TAKE IT THERE. HE EVEN HAD A FLAT TIRE FROM IT SITTING AND I HELPED HIM AIR IT UP BY JACKING THE WHEEL UP AND AIRING THE TIRE UP COMPLETELY BEFORE HE LEFT. THERE WAS NO ISSUE WHEN HE LEFT WITH IT AS IT WAS RESOLVED. NOT SURE WHAT ELSE WE COULD OF DONE FOR THE CUSTOMER ON THIS ISSUE TO OF MADE IT BETTER BUT THEY WERE INFORMED THAT MY SHOP COULD NOT PERFORM THAT PROCEDURE FROM THE TIME THEY DROPPED IT OFF. THE TRUCK HAS BEEN GONE AND IS BACK IN SERVICE AS FAR AS I KNOW. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERES ANY INFORMATION NEEDED MORE THAN THAT THANKS FOR REACHING OUT ON THIS MATTER
