Date of transaction: August 17, 2023 Amount: $182 What company committed to provide: Talked to two different front-desk employees. (1) Aug 14: Told her I was seeking an inhouse teeth whitening..a professional process. She talked of $182 fee for consultation. Mentioned several times. Lots of questions..address/phone number, etc. Did not make an appointment because she suggested I talk to my current dentist about whitening and x-rays. Home trays only. Also mentioned consultation could involve x-rays, etc. (2) (Aug 15:Called to make appointment. Again the Consultation Fee mentioned. I agreed because I thought I was going to get a professional whitening. Appt made for Aug 17th. Aug 17: Given a computer tablet to give all kinds of information including from #1 employee. Put in private room. More questions. Then Dentist arrived. Informative and friendly. She advised only have at-home trays. I could join their program that included free trays during the year. I have two other dentists and not at all interested in another. This was to be a one- time only procedure. Obviously I went home empty handed because I could buy a home kit myself online. At check out, I gave my credit card for the $182. As a side note, I am 80 years old recently widowed this year. $182 is a lot of money for me. Desired resolution: half returned $91Business response
