The Little Gym shut down operations but still continued to charge our account. $100 a month. Prior to this business shutting down, they cancelled five sessions due to staffing issues but continued to charge us for those sessions. When asked for reimbursement as the service offered was not rendered, they replied “we cannot go back to refund payments and we do not prorate tuition.” We are one of many families being affected by this organizations inability to communicate, and apparently refuses to reimburse.Initial Complaint

The Little Gym of Summerville SC has been closed for almost 2 months and yet has still been charging families 100$ per month for services. The gym has failed to provide updates or any information to families. My child was owed multiple gymnastics appointments but has not been able to go to any classes as the gym has been closed. The gym has also not been answering any phone calls or emails for any families in the area they have been charging. I would like a refund for all fees I’ve paid without a service provided and my membership to be cancelled. Please help.
