We hired Arrow Grounds Landscaping in June 2022 to landscape our backyard. After the job was completed in July 2022 we paid Arrow Grounds $9,687.00 I met with Kane (the owner in June 2022) and with the help of a landscape design person we began the project. From the beginning to the end of the project, there was one issue after another. Kane said the job would be completed in 4 days, Mon - Thurs by a crew - two days to complete the paver patio and two days to plant all the plants. On June 20th ONE man showed up to complete the job, which took 3 weeks to complete instead of 4 days. Kane (the owner of Arrow) is a native of SC so we assumed he knew how to install plants in the low country. Kane told us from the beginning, should we lose a plant within a reasonable time frame he would replace it. When we lost a camellia plant (about 3 weeks after installation) and to date ( as of Sept 2022 ) have lost $695 of the plants we purchased from Kane due to improper installation. I called him and sent several texts regarding this issue - he has not responded to any of my communications. My husband and I stayed professional and kind through out the project. In the end our kindness was met with no response. We would like a refund of the plants that died.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/10/12) */ On the estimate and work agreement that Ms. ****** signed and wrote a deposit check for it says the following: "Plants are guaranteed to be true to name and disease free upon planting. We accept no responsibility for plants' livability, due to forces of nature and maintenance practices, which are out of our control. All work is performed in accordance with industry standard. A 50% deposit is required for jobs in excess of $1000. Payment is due upon completion of work." We sympathize with Ms. ****** and her disappointment after losing some plants after this harsh summer, but there is no guarantee as you can see. We were extremely disappointed. As I mentioned in my prior complaint, I texted and called him regarding my dead plants...he never responded. He could have called me back or come by to look at the plants and offer any suggestions for care. He simply ignored us. I have attached the invoice showing that we purchased 3 white camellia's that were to be placed in front of our bedroom window. To our surprise they have bloomed and are pink...that is not what we paid for. I would like a refund. Please find attached texts that were not responded to as well as the three pink camilla's that were supposed to be white.
