              We bought a roll out truck cover from Joes in North Charleston. On our way on Hwy. 40 heading to OKC, OK, our truck cover came off the track and almost blew off. Remind you, it is metal. Through the rushing traffic, we unloaded the contents of the bed and rolled up the cover, it was still attached to the truck. We took it back to Joes and they could have cared less. A part had broken and they said they would replace it. The cover was only a month old and we have yet to hear from them over a month later. We paid a lot of money for this cover, now we have to get another one and trash this one. Be weary of what you buy from them. We actually think this cover was the wrong one for our truck. We put our trust in them and this is what we got.

              We just realized from this complaint that their was an issue that wasn't handled. The store manger was never notified that your problem wasn't resolved. He's emailing you now to try to warranty everything out with the manufacturer. He will just need some specific information. We never want a customer to not be happy and strive to make sure this doesn't happen. This issue has been discussed with all employees involved and we do apologize for the manufacturer defects that you are experiencing. Thanks
