I paid the business $211.00 on July 5th for pool cleaning services in July. They never showed up. The owner has agreed to return this amount to me by mailed check the following week. As of today's date I haven't received anything. I called this business at number listed here and at first receptionist agreed to mail the check. 2 weeks later I tried calling back since I haven't received my refund and discovered my number had been blocked. I had to borrow a phone to call from another number to get them to answer and they again promised to personally deposit a check in my mail box. That never happened. 5 weeks after they charged me for a service not given they still haven't refunded me. I need help. This business address isn't correct and the owner refuses to speak to me or refund me. I just want the money owed to me as soon as possible please.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/08/26) */ Customer was refunded. Consumer Response /* (3000, 17, 2022/09/26) */ Business owner decided to quit after taking my money. Asked for a refunded numerous different ways. Each time he would tell me he will mail it but never does. In my earlier complaint he said he refunded me and that is a flat out lie which is something ***** has plenty of practice with. 3 months after the fact the business still hasn't refunded me.
