      They have been to our home 3 times for the same exact issue, the home warranty company sends him, and just keep saying it's the same part going bad. You would think as an HVAC professional who claims to have an A+ rating he would think to check the root of what is causing that same part to go bad. Turns out my coils only needed cleaned as it was getting very little air flow causing it to freeze up. It took another tech about an hour to clean it up and now it's keeping up with the temps outside and blowing air hard like it should. I was so fed up with paying the deductible and getting 0 results I was willing to pay out of pocket to get it taken car of the right way. He also has an attitude if he has to do something that he considers an issue. My husband did not leave keys to the basement so he had to take the inside steps down and he let me know what an inconvenience it was. Well it's very inconvenient for me to have to take time off work, pay you for the same issue over and over and still have the AC not work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want poor results with an attitude problem

      I am replying to the review posted above... This home owner has a home warranty and we have been dispatched out 3 times.

      The first time was 4/2/2020 and we diagnosed a grounded compressor. We returned a week later on 4/9/2020 to replace the compressor.

      They placed another call on 6/10/2020 and we came out and repaired a shorted wire that was causing the outdoor unit to not run properly.

      The next time we received a work order for this address was 2 years later in 1/5/22 and this was for a no HEAT call, they had a blown capacitor causing the outdoor fan motor to over heat, which we had to cool down.

      Each time we came we had advised the homeowner that they need to add a service disconnect by the outdoor unit to prevent from going in and out of the house to the breaker panal. The home warranty company doesn't cover something that needs to be added and the homeowner didn't want to pay extra to have the service disconnect added.

      So I'm not sure how we could be out 3 times for the same issue when obviously its been a different problem each time and before the last trip we made in January of 2022 for a no HEAT call it was 2 YEARS since the last time we had come out for a no AC call.

      Flowertown HVAC came out to do a pre-season check-up on my heating system. Of course, you do this to avoid an issue when winter arrives. Exactly 2 weeks later, the temperature dropped to 48 degrees. I turned on the heat for the first time and....... nothing. I called the owner who told me anything could've happened within the 2 weeks. (I should note that our temperatures up to this point have been in the upper 70's and 80's.) This company doesn't stand behind their work.
