A sales rep came over to our house, everything seemed great however he gave us too much misinformation. For starters, he said that the installation and removal process was very simple and since they serve so many military customers they move and reinstall for free which was our main concern. He also stated that it was simple enough for anyone to do and way quick. We decided to pull the trigger but we were rushed and not informed until after signing that it was a revolving loan and there is no end date for the loan. Next, when they came to install they cut the wrong pipe and flooded my front yard for hours. The tech was outside for almost 4 hours installing. After that, there were several instances where the water would come out with a murky white color. Finally when it was time to move we called them to have the water system moved and they let me know they do not provide the service and the person who sold it to us no longer works there and was more than likely misinforming us. They told me it was easy enough to do and that I should do it myself. After the install I knew that wasn't true, I asked if they would send someone and they did. He had issues removing it and was at our home for 3 hours. When we arrived at our new home we were told that we could not hook it up here and it is not compatible. We were originally told by the salesman that it could be installed anywhere. Now we are making monthly payments on a unit that we can't even use. Do not purchase from them and just rent one out monthly for 20 instead of spending 200 for who knows how many years.Business response

My husbands name is on file. ****** ********* Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/10/11) */ This unit has a lifetime warranty on the system if anything happens to it. This system it can hook up to any house or townhome. I don't know what their problem is? When I purchased the water softener system, I was told that if we move then all we need to do is call the company and they will facilitate disconnecting and reconnecting the system. However, when I called them I immediately went to voice-mail for whomever is supposed to be moving our system and my emails/ calls have gone unanswered. Because of how late in the process of closing on the house is, I have to leave the system with the new owner now and I'm out 10K because of it.Business response
