      I have contacted Southern Green over 20 times over the last 4 months. I have another palm tree that I need a refund for and it is still under the two year warranty Southern Green offered at the time of sale. This same problem occurred over 7 months ago and it took 3 months to get a refund only to find out that Southern Green planted the tree 24 inches too deep which caused it's death (this is verified by a different contractor that replaced the tree for me). I have spoke to Southern green 4 different times during the last 1.5 months and they were supposed to be issuing a check however I cannot get in touch with anyone this last week and they are not responding to my voicemails or text messages.

      Mr ****** is a current customer of ours.  We went to look at the palm tree while we were at his house treating his lawn. The Palm tree was not dead he wasn't happy with the growth versus some other trees so we went ahead and changed the palm tree out for him.

      We have paid (upfront) for the treatment of our lawn and that was a huge mistake. This company 1) does NOT answer their phones EVER, 2) does not return phone calls, 3) does not perform the service they are supposed to, and 4) has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. I cannot get them to complete the service that I paid for, or provide a refund if they cannot/will not complete the ongoing service we contracted for, and paid for.

      They planted a palm tree in our yard that has a guaranteed 2 year warranty on April 21, 2022. It has not grown since it was placed in the ground. Our neighbors had them also plant a palm on the same day too. The neighbors palm tree has flourished and grown. We called them to ask that they come out to check on it and make sure that it is not dead at the beginning of October 2022 after Hurricane Ian. They returned the call and said someone would be out to check it that following day. We never heard from anyone. Since October 2022 we have tried to call several times to get a hold of someone and it went to voicemail. We've left numerous messages and emailed them with no response. We paid them $389 for their services for the palm tree itself and to plant it and were guaranteed a warranty. The tree has not changed, nor grown and is still in the same shape as it has been. We would like for them to replace the tree. This is a disservice to us because they have not provided any help with the matter nor reached out to us regarding it.

Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/11/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I do not approve of the lack of communication on their part. We did call and give our address several times via voicemail. However, the fact that they came out and finally checked it, is acceptable. They assured us that they will keep track of the palm tree in passing since they are in the neighborhood frequently. We were also told what signs to look for in case the palm does take a turn for the worst.

      I had six palm trees installed by this business. Multiple have died and they agreed to give me a refund over a month ago. They told me the check was mailed two weeks ago and when I spoke to them on 8/15/22 they said "they were going to check on the status" and call me "right back". Its been three days, I have not heard from them nor has a check arrived. I'm convinced they are screening my calls and not answering or responding to my voicemails.
