I booked an appointment online with this company for my hair back on 10/08/22 I paid a $30 deposit for my appointment on 11/25/2022 at 7:00p.m. Nakia contacted me on 11/10/22 stating that she see I have an appointment on 11/25/2022 and she won't be able to do it because she's going out of town for Thanksgiving on 11/22/22 so at the point we rescheduled for 11/20/22 @10:00 that morning. Nakia contacted me on the 19th of November stating there is a family emergency she will need to cancel my appointment. Due to her going out of town she will not be able to do my hair until the following week but at that point I will also be out of town. I asked Nakia for a refund to be sent to my cashapp because I knew it would take days before it go back to my account an it's last min I need to find someone else to do my hair. Nakia sent of a screenshot stating she sent a refund of $245.00 an it will take up to 7 business days. I then asked Nakia what about the deposit that was made of $30 she states that no that's not being refunded incase I was to rebook. Nakia website states that "IN REFUNDS MAY BE POSSIBLE DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF ANY COMPLICATIONS. Nakia has stopped responding to my text but is still active on social media. She texted stating that my appointment is canceled but i am still getting email reminders about my appointment. All that I am asking for is professionalism and a full refund in the amount of $275.Business response

the customer beeeenn realized the refund the same day asking for it. their was no unprofessional, nor scam. if my policy states no refunds that’s my policy , & she checked “i agree to the terms & conditions to this company’s policy.!” this complaint is pointless
