      I bought a mattress and box spring set in 2015 from this manufactor. It has a 20 year warantee. The box spring is the issue, it has started making a squeeking noise, this is one of the covered things stated in the warrenty. I have my receipt and warrenty packet. I have reached out to this company numerious times, I have actually spoken with two different ladies three different times. The first time I called the lady asked me what the brand of box spring it was, I didn't know so I had to check and call back. I did call back and spoke to a different lady. She was going to find out how to handle the issue and call me back. I waited a day and no phone call from her. I called back and she said she talked to the owner and they were going to send a warrenty packet to me. I would send proof of purchase back with that packet. This has been 3 weeks ago. I have not received a warrenty packet, I can't get anyone to answer my calls from this company anymore. I have left messages and can't get anyone to call me back. It shouldn't be this complicated to find out if the box spring is replaceable or not. I am VERY dissatisfied with this company.

      Within first year of purchasing mattresses, the mattresses began to sink down in the middle. The first mattress purchased was installed by the seller from the local furniture store. I returned to the local furniture store with my concerns, He came out to look and measure the indention and agreed that the mattresses were defective as we followed all recommended care and installation at least with the initial purchased mattress that he installed. He referred me to the manufacturer warranty and said we should not have a problem as the mattresses were still under warranty. He gave me the manufacturer information and suggested that I call them. I did. After two conversations by phone a lady called me back and said she had been authorized to send a five page warranty packet and she would be sending (date was 11-23-22). I have yet to receive the packet. I have called twice since then and my call was sent to voice mail where I left a message to please call me. I still have not heard from the manufacturer. I returned to the local store today. He said he had also tried to call and got no answer. He said he called the sales rep who said the company was having some "issues" (possible merger or something). So far the manufacturer has not returned calls and did not do what they said they would do in sending a warranty packet. I am not happy with the product nor am I happy with the lack of communication or interest from the manufacturer to stand behind their product. I do hope they will respond so we can resolve this issue.
