    Only because I Would not agree to change the time for appointment that was already in place (2pm to 5pm window) as I had already changed my schedule to accommodate Riven Appliance then unnecessary drama unfolded. The totally disrespect-fullness displayed by them only has made me happy that I did not have them to attempt to repair my dishwasher as their integrity is questionable!! I did not have to give them a reason for not wanting to change appointment time but I texted that my husband was not feeling well and needed rest and wanted to keep scheduled appointment. Riven just did not want to keep the original appointment as they did not seek clarification on any contagious situation and later stated that they canceled due to concerns about getting sick!!! If I had agreed to accept the appointment change then Riven appliance tech would have entered my home without any regard to illness. Riven did not seek clarification on concerns because they simply did not want to keep original appointment time!! As a RN I definitely care about people getting sick and therefore I would not have wanted to keep appointment if there had been any concerns!! The abrupt cancellation by Riven Appliance was so disrespectful and rude without seeking clarification on health risks that I later I texted them that Heart Disease was not contagious! Moreover I was recently informed by Riven that I should have made it clear that there was no contagious health concerns ??? In life and in business generally if one has concerns then clarity should be sought!! Communication is an art form and respect and the desire to communicate is vital. Obviously Riven Appliance did not desire to do business with me nor will they EVER. Riven Appliance was not happy with me that I did not want to change appointment time and now because I am publicly not recommending them, then they are not being truthful!! If Riven wanted to actually keep scheduled appointment already in place then there also be no issues! 0 Stars!

    Mrs. J****, we simply asked if we could come early. Yes. But you told us that "someone in your home wasn't feeling well" in today's time that could mean many different illnesses and viruses and diseases. Not knowing if it was contagious or not after speaking to our tech whom has small children at home he didn't feel safe going into a home where someone wasn't feeling well. We had all intent I'm coming and repairing your dishwasher. But when you said someone was resting bc they didn't "feel well" amd didn't go into and explanation, and it's not our job, and it's a HIPPA violation (you being an "RN" YOU should know this) to ask what's wrong with whomever, we simply stated that you would need to reschedule for when the person felt better. It wasn't til you were yelling at us in text and had done been reassigned to another company to handle your repairs that you told us that it was yours husband and that he had a heart disease. But even after being reassigned to another company, you continued to text us yelling at us calling us names. Even at 1am in the morning you were texting us. Even after we asked you nicely several times to no longer contact us you still continued to harass us and slander our name on Facebook and other forms of social media. This is after we tried to contact you less than 2 hours after receiving you work order with no answer or response, then we called on a Sunday afternoon trying to get you scheduled for that Monday amd didn't get an answer. So our office manager text you and it still wasn't for 2 almost 3 hours you responded and after the deadline time. And she still put you on the schedule. The lack of communication on your part was unbelievable for someone who truly wants something repaired. We didn't have to make as many attempts as we did. But we did because we care about our customers and making sure they're taken care of. And we have done work for you before and you gave us 5 stars on our dispatch program and spoke of our prompt and courteous service. But it's takes one time of you getting upset for you to turn to harassment, bashing and badgering, and negative reviews on our staff. So ma'am. As a customer we give you a 0 star for lack of communication, due to your lack of thorough explanation, lack of answering or responding about your work order you placed, and how you handled this whole situation after the problem had done been resolved.
