On January 13th I attended Vibez Ultra Lounge with some co workers. Me and my coworker decided to split a hookah that was informed to us $16.50 per person (2 people) I also order 5 drinks (Tito’s and pineapple drink) that was listed for $7.00 per drink. My total should have been before a tip $51.50. However I did not leave a tip. I checked my bank statement on January 14th to discover 3 different transactions from vibes ultra lounge( $103.56/ $8.82 /$10.00) I was over charged by $70.82. I’ve reached out to the owners informing they over charged me and also sent in proof. I did inform them that is considered stealing and I will be contacting local authorities. My coworker also reviewed her receipt to notice she was also charged for my drinks plus her drinks, and other drinks she never ordered. I am beyond upset that a large corporation would prey on individuals that come in and support their local business and allow their waitresses to add additional item and add tips to customers receipts.Business response

Please see response below to Ms. ********** complaint in quotations.
"Thank you for the information. I checked your email and it appears the $103.56 was pre-authorized and will fall off your account. The $113.56 is the final bill on your side. It says pending in the screenshot. If it does not fall off, let me know. Just so you know, gratuity is charged every Friday and Saturday night as this is posted at the host stand, on my website and behind the bar. Furthermore, if this matter went to the BBB, I will address this matter once I receive the paperwork for the complaint. Let me know if you would like to have a conversation."
Response to Complaint:
In regards to the night Ms. ******** and her party visited Vibez, she and her party were escorted out of the establishment for disorderly conduct. In this instance, because of the disorderly behavior the card that was pre-authorized at the beginning of the transaction, is what was used to complete the payment. Gratuity would automatically be added in an instance where someone walks out or has to be escorted out by security as Ms. ******** her party were. Ms. ******** and her party were only charged for items they ordered plus gratuity. Ms. ******** and her friend ordered items for themselves and for each other throughout the night. She was not overcharged.
