Truthfully I was in love with this gym. Unfortunately, I no longer am due to the poor customer service. I'm moving and I decided to cancel my membership because the place that I'm moving into has a full-size gym. When I had originally signed up for this membership I was told that my contract would be month-to-month and that I would also pay month-to-month. I could cancel at any given moment as long as I gave a 30-day notice and had a reason for canceling some of those reasons being no need for the gym, Moving over 25 miles away, injury, or other such instances. To my surprise, as I tried to cancel my membership, I was told that it was a year contract of month-to-month payments. I've learned that this gym does not care about you. They only care about your money and are willing to go as far as to lie to you in the beginning, just to get you to sign up.Review from Kayla Zeisler

Very rude staff especially the brunette with glasses looks to be in her 60s. and the manager “Joe” bc they would not disclose the last name. I always work out at this sub-par gym when I am in town bc it’s simply closest to my families house. I bought the pass as I normally do and also had my 5 and 7 year old with me as I have done in the past and never had a problem. The rude lady had me sign a waiver, which was fine. I then walked to the kids club with two lovely ladies in charge. There were maybe 1-2 kids at the time. As I’m signing the kids in the manager Joe walks in and says “you cannot have your kids in here because you are not members”. My kids were shocked and so was I. He continued to so no they cannot. This was extremely disheartening to me that people can have such high egos that they can’t let a mom and her kids stay at this gym for an hour tops.Review from Christina B

False advertising and extremely sleazy sales tactics. They offered a 1 month free trial on website which they never honored. It’s just a way to get you in the door. Rude staff. There are plenty of other gyms to choose from
