The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible things fell off the wall, bugs in the bathroom, hair in the sink, dirty towels with stains yellow at that, the floor was so dirty ours and our children feet were black. The outlets sparked when plugging Im the monitor for my child who has epilepsy and sleep appna. The outlets were loose and didn't hold wall plugs. There was a power outage and they had no back up generator or emergency lights. Which was not conducive to my child with medical needs. They double charged out accout and put us negative. Rude employees. The Manger left during the power outage and did not return as we were leaving we were there a total of 3 hours and 100°F inside the room for my kids who could not rest after an already long drive. They did not ask about our dog even though pet friendly hotel, and then said we lied. We picked it because it was PET friendly. Kind of implying we have a pet but was up front when the desk manager said and about the fee.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/30) */ We will refund the customers $34 stay. He must contact the booking site he booked through to ask also for a refund and we will honor it. The hotel is pet friendly but we must be notified if there is a pet since we do charge a pet fee and also have specific pet friendly rooms. The guest never complained about room cleanliness he only mentioned the power outage that is out of the hotels control when a storm came in.
