They where scheduled to install my patio door they stated 6 weeks i understand with Covid that things are slow, but there was no communication on delivery I had to call them continuously finally they where stated they had the product they came out installed the door, however left without completing the job no screen in place as well the lock did not function again continued to call and text the owner Eric about the situation, it took three weeks to get the lock fixed and still not screen in place it’s been approx five months to get one patio dooor installed and now the company has billed me for a job that has not been completed, I have tried to contact corporate office and nothing the guy that sold the door never has called me onceBusiness response

We ordered the replacement screen and hardware when we saw it was damaged. Unfortunately we have no control of our distributors delivery time. This has been completed and confirmed with home owner.Customer response
