I contracted to have roof installed on my residence on Sept 19, 2022. At this time roof has yet to be installed. Discussed a couple of options of ways to finance thru ***** *****. One was a zero interest for 12 months and another 9.9 %. We put $3000 down. What is of much concern is that we were going to go with zero but today received a credit card statement from Well Fargo for $27,800 charges from Nov. 11, 2022 although the roof has not been installed and not using the zero percent 12 month option. Plan to contact ***** ***** and dispute charges. Really disappointed in the delay and total lack of communication since signing contract.Business response

We were out to see the *****' Monday. The complaint has been resolved at this point..Wi know for certain next week.
