            I had Crosby Roofing and Gutters come out to replace some fascia and all of the gutters. I was deployed by the time they were able to get the work scheduled and completed. When I returned from my deployment, I noticed that the fascia was not installed correctly. I called the company and was scheduled to have someone inspect the fascia on 20 December. They never showed. I have called the office multiple times since. The recptionist keeps telling me they will have the owner call me back, but I never hear anything from them. I have still not been able to get this problem resolved.

            Used Crosby for gutter replacement. The estimate was clear and precise. Scheduling the job was timely and easy. While assessing the gutters he also examined the shingles. While he could have easily upsold that job he was honest and said I did not need new shingles. The installation (and take away of old) was clean and quick. There was one weird area where the roof lines come together from three different angles and dripped on my front porch chairs. They very cleverly designed a system to route the water away and toward the down spout. I will certainly use Crosby for any other roof type work. Very pleased with the job. I only wish they did vinyl fencing.
