DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! We bought a class A diesel pusher a few weeks ago. After the walk around the guy said they did a service on the oasis heater and said everything worked perfectly. Upon getting it home we discovered when the heater was on it leaked antifreeze out the bottom of the tank, dash a/c didn't work after they said it did, and a major water leak in the roof that was hidden. Keep in mind we paid almost 200k for this class a with the understanding that everything worked and there were no issues. So far I'm 20k in repairs!!!!! I called Thad and told him I was disappointed and felt like I got taken advantage of and asked if there was anything they can do. He said he would ask the owner and get back with me. Texted and called with no response from anyone. My advice is buy from someone else!!!! Don't waste your time or money with them. Very dishonest people! LikeInitial Complaint

The coach was a 2008 Tiffin Phaeton 40' Diesel Pusher. We left Porter's on April 17, 2021 after leaving a deposit of $1,500 to hold the coach. We agreed to pay the balance and pick up the unit on or before April 30th. During the pre-inspection Porter's had found a problem with the generator. Parts were not available, so I had to get involved to find the parts. Apparently on the way back from the generator repair center, there was a problem with the turbo and/or the actuator. Then it was taken to *** ****** Service located in Anderson SC. Seems that the actuator was bad and had to be replaced. Cummins repair parts are guaranteed by Cummins for one-year parts and labor. So finally, we could pick up our motorhome. We arrived May 31st for closing. We presented them with the balance of $114,000. we were assured that they would provide us with the repair invoices. They did not. We received about a 30-minute walk around the unit that in no way was sufficient to operate such a complex motorhome. We left and, on the way, home both the mechanical visors fell off the windshield mounts. We called Porter's to see if we could get the former owner's name and number to inquire about the operating systems and never heard back. the next trip out our turbo failed. We had to pay a $1,400 tow to the Freightliner dealer in *********** NC. The parts to repair cost $6,592 and the labor was $2,410 for a parts and labor total of $9,002. Remember when I told you that Cummins service parts are warranted for one-year parts and labor? So now I needed the invoice from *** ****** Services. He refused to give me his certification for the labor portion and decided to ignore me on the parts portion. Because Porter's did not follow through with their promise to give me the invoices for the repairs, I was left with a payment of $1,294 for the parts and $1,205 for the labor. This is Porter's responsibility as they promised to provide the invoices to me at closing.
