I got an oil change in my Chrysler 300 and the car hasn't been driven since then. When I got home I noticed the ground was wet. After noticing it was leaking oil from oil change I called them. They told me bring the car. I dropped off the car and they admitted that the mechanic made an error but didn't say what error. They said they would honor after dropping the car off they say they had to order a part which put me without a car. They have had my car two weeks and I had to get rental. Then the next day they tell me my car have a leak in radiator... my argument is why wasn't it noted from oil change? They go on to say it's from the previous oil change... again why nobody bought it to my attention from last visit? If it was there I would have noticed it or something would have happened if it was leaking by now because I drive that car often. Here it is going on two weeks and I am still paying for a rental and they refuse to fix the leak that nobody mentioned from last visit.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/23) */ We repaired the oil leak that we did note on the inspection sheet at no charge as good will .While we had the vehicle apart repairing the oil leak we noticed the water leak and advised the customer. There is no reason we should repair the vehicle. The water leak is from wear and tear. Also just to note the car was at Wilson chrysler not Wilson chevrolet Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/09/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Don't agree with it because it was never noted on the account about any type of leak. It wasn't leaking before we took it to this dealership. They are long being honest and taking full responsibility. We went without this car 2 weeks because of their mistake or error on the oil change and had to pay for a rental just to get to and from work. That wasn't fair at all for their mistake.
