Do not purchase a TV from Element electronics. they do not stand by their products they knowingly and willingly selling defected Television. I purchased a 75 inch Roku television and within a year the screen blacked out I called customer service and they offered no help. They took me through three troubleshooting asked for my model number and said your TV has a one year warranty and you’re short of a month warranty, my thing is after doing much research these particular televisions have thousands of complaints of this defect if the company was reputable, that standby the quality of their products, they would do right by the consumers by replacement or repair, but instead of being a reputable outstanding company, they choose to scam people out of their hard earned money, selling defected products that they do not standby,Scamming customers out of their Money but it’s all about the bottom line of profit, and they are continued to sell these TVs that they know has a defect please if I can save parson From this future loss if a purchase, do not purchase your television from this company .. your TV will give out on you within the year or after the year and you will suffer a loss beyond repair. I have televisions I purchased over 10 years that’s considered off brands and they still working 10year later. And have no issue with them with that said just because the company has a big name doesn’t mean they have the standards to produce quality products, nor do they exercise in good faith of their products . Element electronics, do not care they selling bad products so my advice to you is not to purchase any Roku element televisions.Review from LINDA C

I bought a Roku TV in November and now 7 months later it is not working. I was told that they were going to send us a new TV and now over 3 weeks later still no TV. Everytime I call they said they have no received a call from the warehouse yet. I do not want a refurbished TV but I new TV because I had bought a new TV not a refurbished TV. Getting nothing but a run around from the customer service area. ??Review from Lewis T

I am no longer a fan of element TV’s, I have bought 3 in less the 2 years and I have talked highly about them to many, several people have then bought element. No more, horizontal/ vertical lines started and I tried troubleshooting nothing helped. Called customer service and they were like it’s not under warranty anymore so more or less it’s not our problem sorry about your luck. Can’t stand company that Don’t stand behind your product. If you’re smart Stay away from element TVs, doesn’t last long. Spend a little more money on a better product!Review from Sylvia S

Less than one star. I bought my refrigerator in Aug 2022. It quit working in Dec 2022. I've been getting the run around since January 2023. It's been 5 months and I still have no results. Every time I speak to someone they say I will get an email response in 24 hours. This has been an issue longer than the refrigerator lasted. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! My TV is seven months old. The LED screen went out. I was told before it could be replaced that I needed to take it to one of their repair shops that is a two hour drive from my home (so a total of 8 hours of driving, to and from to drop it off and to and from to pick it up). The shop told me it could not be repaired and gave me a letter to turn in for a replacement. I contacted the customer service (Vincent) which stated I would have a replacement within a week. This has went on with several customer service reps, a weeks time before I would receive the replacement. The forth interaction I was told it had shipped and that I would get an email within a few days with shipping information which I never received. Today I called to get the tracing information. I was told it still has not shipped. At this point and time it has been a month with no resolution of getting a new TV or a check. If this isn't resolved this week I will be seeking compensation for not only the TV but any and all money spent on travel and fees that are needed to hold them accountable for their subpar product and consumer service.Element Electronics Response

The worst TV in the WORLD. 4 years of calling tech support due to it loosing it's sound, or the volume taking over and constantly going up to 100 without you turning it up. After constant calling for help.....the TV is dead. Lasted 4 years but constant problems.Element Electronics Response

They are horrible at responding and getting you taken care of I’ve been trying to get a refund for 3 months now and they keep saying that they are waiting on finance to cut a check which is a lie when they already supposedly sent a check in the first place.Element Electronics Response

My experience with Element Electronics. Purchased a Element Brand Tv at the end of 2022. What I wanted in a tv before I purchased. 4k, WiFi connectivity, Warranty, and streaming channels, where I can connect my cable, 4k blue ray . Etc. I thought I had made a good smart investment. worked perfectly until after 2 months ( Tv screen black). Was really curious into why this happened. Called Customer Service as we tried over the phone to resolve this like resetting my tv couldn’t get it to work. Further action was to take it into a repair shop to get it fixed. That process was simple . my hopes up on getting my tv back so I can experience 4k again . TV repair shop was unable to fix it . I filed my claim was informed it was going to get replaced or either a claim check. Was Sad ?? about not being able to get a replacement Tv. Told me that claim check was going to be mailed soon, Well It has been over several weeks and yet nothing. response back with them ( takes a few days , or even a week ) just to hear the same thing over and over check is going to get mailed out . I really am disappointed on how this is up ending up like this . This is not what I thought on how purchasing a tv would be like . This has been very time consuming and a bit upsetting on how the way filing a claim would become . No check yet . And this goes beyond $$ . I shouldn’t have to let my personal business out for people to read . It’s about business and customers coming up with better resolutions.Element Electronics Response

Some needs to sue ********************** or ********************** should do a recall on onn. 65" Class 4K (****p) UHD LED ************* HDR purchased tv Nov 4 2020 April 2022 Tv won't turn on. ***************** is a waste of time ********************** has you call ******* customers service just to tell me warranty is over nothing they can do. ******* needs to stop selling ********************** products. ********************** needs to fix this I have tvs purchase from ******* Sanyo brand purchase in 2009 still work no problems. Shame on ********************** for making cheap products that stop working in just over a year if people are paying more then $200. For ********************** tvs they should last longer.
