I hired JPM Roofing and Remodeling to come out in March 2024 and give me an estimate for putting in gutters. Chris, their salesman came out again after the leaking and claim to ******** and said I needed gutter guards and two more down spouts. I paid a total of $3,142.20 all toll for having this work done. It has been determined that the original gutter work caused the leaking and damage to the home. I have made many calls to the company requesting that the owners/salesman/ and the 3rd part company they send out to put the gutters, down spouts, and gutter guards and correct the problem and meet with the General Contractor that is going to do the restoration work on the inside of the home. None will return my calls, or show up for appointments made with the GC. The GC is now going to repair their bad work job at my cost. Their claim on their letters is that they guarantee and satisfy their work. I feel they have taken advantage of me and are trying to get more money out of me for a bad job. Some of the leakage was in the walls from the top of the home where the sides meet the roof under the gutters and it's inside location is behind my electrical box.Customer response

Jaren P***** from the company came out with a crew to make the repairs; however, until it rains again we won't know if it has resolved the issue. But he is working on it at this time.
