Customer did not hold up there end of the project. Customer was supposed to trench our yard. And replace pipe. Never did but took our money. Also Customer left an enormous amount of pipes under our house. We have never been treated so badly in our lives. Tried calling Customer to solve the issue but they act like they can careless. No options for a solution. Just lies and no returned phone calls. We were told they would return our phone calls with a solution but not one person called us. So at this point we just want the money back from the job that was not done. Thank you

      To Whom It May *********************     04/03/2024, 10:03am

Spoke with *** he informed me that the work we was doing in front yard wasn't needed, he said it was about $800.00 worth of work. He talked to ******** about taking the amout off the ticket per tech or doing more work and Cust had *** put Dishwasher in, changed out new kitchen sink and all plumbing under sink, removed beauty salon sink sit it to the side and disconnected all plumbing to it in exchange for the work in the yard which was was more than the $800.00 per tech for the trade out of work that was agreed upon by the customer.

We did come out to the location and removed the piping from the yard. We have spoke to customer several times. We have answered and handled each and every call professionally.  Each time the customer bashed our company but we still showed up to make things right each time.

The no returned phone calls is an untrue statement. Service Manager ******* spoke with him three separate times that are notated on the invoice. As well as office manager ******, who he called her personal cell phone number several times and each time was answered and handled.

We did all we could to take care of this customer from start to finish and the job was completed and the yard cleaned.

      Thank You,

I am rejecting this response because:
because: you started off lying.  Yes we did discuss that the front lawn pipe was not needed but you still charged me..in the contract from removing the pipe from the yard and the one to not remove the piping from the yard. One contract was little over 10k. And the contract thats a little over 15k has the pipe removal. How you get 800$?. you are just making up stuff.  everyone knows to trench a yard its not 800$. he didn't discuss anything with me about taking any money off for that. You just admitted to taking my money by the way. You just admitted that me and *** talked about the trenching and it was not needed. But whats in the contract? at that point a new contract should of been typed up but instead you lied to us and took our money. This is lies. Also he did not help me put no dishwasher in. The electricians helped me get my dish washer in. *** just changed the one pipe that was in the contract. To change all water lines. Removed salon sink? all he did was cut two pvc pipes.  And left the sink in my laundry room. The price of that was not discussed. You did remove the pipes after 3 weeks of me calling. But the pipes are still under my house. You never said anything about that. We had to keep calling you to get a response. Ask ****** about the fake typing she did when we were on the phone. Why you guys never mention any of the truth? I bash your company because you guys stole money from us when we just wanted our work done and great customer service.  But you failed miserably. Also we only called you guys to get help on a issue with our bathroom.  Every time we go in our bathroom is dripping noises. Had a tech come out twice and he says thats normal. i have never been in a bathroom and its a dripping noise and thats normal. Also  Still have old pipe coming out of our floor and walls. Why you didn't mention that stuff? why you can't go by the contract the things that needed to be done and you didn't do it?

It is our fault that we did not change the invoice. We did only verbally say that it did not need to be trenched. We are willing to refund your $800.  I am not sure what you mean by the fake typing? CSR ****** was on the line with another paying customer at the time you called repeatedly so she wanted to assure she took care of your needs as well through a text while she was on the other line. From the beginning we have tried to make sure you were satisfied. You signed the start and finish work contract. You were aware of each thing being done when you signed.

We hired Option One Plumbing to trace a gas leak in our *******************************.Before they completed the job, they demanded to be pay on site as soon as they finish, their office never mention this requirement before been hired. We did pay them on site. After job completion, they sent a single sheet of paper with 3 quotes. To move forward with any of the quoted options to fix the issue we needed more information, I requested a report of the job done. Twice I spoke over the phone with ****** in their office, and I sent a couple of emails asking for the report, but they never responded. ****** told me that she did not understand what I needed, that their invoice explained what was done, but their invoice is only a copy of their estimate which explains the job to be done, but not the job actually done or what was found during the gas leak tracing. The options they gave ** to correct the issues, do not explain what the issues are, one of their options it seems, is not even fixing a gas leak.We thank you in advance for your assistance.

When receiving the initial complaint about the customer needing more information she was sent the original estimate which stated what the technician did on site. Which stated as follows.   ?Option one will have to rent a scissor lift for this job. We will
disconnect the two inch pipe going into the building from the
meter reduce down to be able to put a test on the system,
we will blow the line up with air to be able to locate leaks.
We will use leak detection on each fitting and whips to
      discover leaks.
      (100$ discount)
      Additional price to repair leaks"

This stated what the customer asked for originally. After reviewing the complaint we had the technician explain in detail step by step exactly what has been done and has been sent to the customer as of 05/16/2023.
