On 4/9/2024 ********************************* came out and inspected my roof. He mentioned I had some hail damage and could try to file a claim with my insurance company to have the roof replaced. I filed a claim with my insurance company and received and estimate from them to replace the roof, the gutters, the aluminum roof on my enclosure, some siding and painting of my deck and porch railings. On 5/28/24 ********************************* came back out to my house explained to me that they would take care of all the work listed on the insurance estimate and fix the rafter in my attic that had been cut and install gutter guards. He said I needed to give them the first check I received from my insurance company in the amount of $8,636 + my $1000 deductible. Which I did. They came out on 6/7/24 and replaced the roof. I called them a few days later to see when they were going to come out and do the rest of the work. They stated they were waiting to see when the gutter crew had time. I waited a couple weeks then called them again. I was told they didn't have an update and needed to make some calls and get back to me. I called them back again a couple days later and left a message. I then called ***** and he stated he would look into it when he got into the office and call me back. I did not receive any calls back and since then no one is answering my calls or calling me back. I left a message telling them that they provided me a quote for $7,700 to do the roof so if they could not complete the rest of the work they could return the additional $1,936 I gave them and I could find someone else to complete the rest of work but I still have not heard back from them.Business response

Hello,
Carolina Roofing Pros LLC has agreed to proceed with the work for the amount specified in the insurance scope of work that was provided. We apologize for the delay in our communication; We experienced changes in our office staff and take full responsibility for the oversight. These issues have now been resolved.
We have reached out to the homeowner and addressed the matter. The Materials for the remaining work have been ordered, and once the manufacturer ships them to us, we will complete the work as soon as possible. At this time, Carolina Roofing Pros and the homeowner are in agreement and satisfied with the process.
