About 3 years a go I brought my **** Dodge diesel to Mullers Auto to repair the rear brakes and the emergency brakes. when i got the pickup back the e brake barely worked. I told them of it but some time went on as i got busy and couldn't get it back to them. So the beginning of this year i asked **** if he would help me out. he charged me full price to replace them this spring and when i got the pickup back well the same problem. The e brake don't hold an empty pickup. I told them and brought it back to them to adjust. But still no E brake! I don't understand why i have to pay full price twice for work that still isn't done right. Also this spring it was more than the brakes. They kept upselling me. *****, bearings, and other things until the bill was over $1600. I also question some of the other work done was done right. Also I bought 2 Tires that were part of this bill. within 2 weeks i had some one vandalize a tire. I told my son to take it to Mullers to fix the tire since we bought it there. My son was Involved in a car accident last year and suffers from Memory Impairment and such things from this accident and anxiety. Mullers Auto misinterpreted my son and had thought he was blaming mullers for popping the tire. In witch he wasn't. They spoke over my son so he couldn't speak and explain his self. My son then left leaving the tire. When my son went back **** then hollered at my boys again and threatened to keep my pickup for non payment when in fact I have been paying. I feel that Mullers auto owes my boys an apology and needs to drop or reduce the price of the work on the pickup that isn't preformed correctly.
