Due to ongoing identity issues related to recent data breach issues from Team Moble in 2021 and 2023, then a notification from the Department Of Justice on April 8, 2024 of another data breach from a company named “ ********* ******** * ********** and recently a notification from ************ via US mail of a data breach of my personal information was compromised/ exposed to 3rd party unauthorized actors that happened twice, once on April 2, 2024 and again in May 18, 2024. FTC identity theft report was filed and reports to the Department of consumer affairs was or has been filed numerous times as to inaccurate credit reporting. Some of these included collection agencies such as LVNV and the Burease Financial appearing on my credit report. After disputes with all three credit reporting agencies, both LVNV and the Bureau’s Financial collections were removed from my credit report. Due to ongoing issues and as a result of their investigation outcome. I ask for a credit report from experian that arrived today in an electronic email. While viewing my report, I noticed an entity, named “ Clarity/CreditFresh, Clarity/RVRVLY-SWARD-CRDS and or Clarity/CCBank-OPPLOANS appearing on my experian credit report under soft inquiries all done by the above named entity on the same day, 06/01/2024 or 5 , five times in one day. I do not know why this entity is running a soft inquiry of my personal credit report, I have never did business with this entity or applied for credit or loans from such company or entity. I’ve already opt out of advising from all three credit reporting agencies and also have active military alerts on all three credit reporting agency’s as further protection. As a now retired law enforcement official both state and federal levels, my identity and per information paramount to not only my safety but my family as well. I did not authorized this entity to run my credit report either officially or for advertising purposes.
