Slim Wimps helped me move homes on 1/31/23. I realized on 2/04/24, upon plugging in my TV for the first time after moving, that the TV screen was internally damaged. I immediately texted the owner. He responded on 2/07/24, admitting that the damage was his fault and asking what size the TV was. That was the last I heard from him. I followed up on 2/29/24 to no response. I asked him again on 3/6/24 to inform me of their policy regarding damaged items, again to no avail. My father called, texted, and emailed him during this time and received no correspondence. I purchased a new TV, completely out of pocket, with no help or communication from the owner of Slim Wimps. My father sent payment through an online portal which we are no longer able to access (I believe.) Neither of us recall signing a contract or having any policies explained to us. The company website claims that they are insured.
