I purchased a stock from this company and it did not fit correctly when it was delivered. The finish was globbed on and the bolt wouldn’t close/open without hitting nor would the bolt release clear. The forearm of the stock was sanded incorrectly and more material was removed from one side than the other. There was also excessive clearance around the trigger guard. I contacted them and returned the stock for a repair. When the stock was returned I initially looked at it and saw some of the same issues that I had with the original. I didn’t try to mount it at that time. As hunting season rolled around again I sought to assemble the rifle with the replacement stock. I then found that the trigger guard couldn’t be mounted because the mounting hole is drilled in the wrong place. Also there are many other fitment issues with the stock. There is a large gap around the tang of the rifle and the same forearm issues. I have tried to call them numerous times and they will not answer the phone. They will only email and will not acknowledge the correspondence I had with Browning confirming that I ordered the correct stock. My serial number confirms that I have an original a bolt and they insist that I have an a bolt 2 which Browning clearly said I do not. I just want what I paid for or return the stock and get my money back. They will not discuss the matter with me and just say by email that they will not return the stock.

Business gives you the option to upgrade your grip cap. They show two photos, one with a synthetic grip (+29$) another with a walnut grip (+$40). The photo of the walnut grip has etching on the grip and the other does not. Naturally I assumed that I would receive what was in the photo. I did not, and they refused to acknowledge the photos and add ons being misleading and I wasn’t eligible for a partial refund since I didn’t receive the product as described in the photo. I believe they’re marketing to be misleading - why show the cheaper option to not have any gripping and the more expensive option to show gripping. It seems like this is done to intentionally mislead the consumer into thinking they will be getting the grip shown when in reality they are charging $40 for a 1 inch diameter piece of wood, which seems unethical in its own right. I would like my money refunded but also for the company to update their photos as to not mislead other customers.

I ordered a stock from them and have been promised it was shipping, when I did not receive confirmation of shipping like my previous orders I called and sent emails with NO RESPONSE. In the rare occasion I could get someone on the phone all I get was promises and yet not stock. This business is next to impossible in getting somebody to answer the phone, messages left never get returned.
