I have health issues and have never used their membership and they are refusing to let me cancel and they have me set up on auto renewal and they want medical proof that I cannot work out at their facility when I'm dissatisfied with their service and cannot afford their service it has been extremely stressful after I've had two heart attacks and for them to keep overdrawing my bank account after I've tried to speak with them and work something out and told them I have health problems and haven't even been using their membership then they told me they would freeze my membership and they went overdrafted me again the very neek. I tried to cancel the auto renewal and the girl told me I can't cancel it at this time I have to cancel it that day but the contract says I have to give him advance notice and they're trying to trap me into this forever I don't want anything to do with them they are rude inconsiderate care nothing of their members and I want nothing to do with them and they need to stop pulling money out of my account immediately. I'm unsure of the amount I have paid they've taken $30 out of my account every two weeks since last September and the amount of times they have overdrafted me would be a lot more.Customer response

They are continuing to contact me via email wanting notes from my doctor. I had to already tell them to stop contacting me via text already. My doctor was willing to fax them a note but they claim they have no fax machine.Business response

We are waiting for proper documentation to move forward with this cancellation. We have accommodated **** ***** by freezing the account multiple times and I have stopped the next payment to give her time to send documents to proceed cancellation.
methods of cancellation were stated on the original agreement signed at time of sign up. Without proper paperwork the agreement cannot be terminated. As soon as that’s received we will end the agreement and no more payments will be taken out.
