I would like to give Branden **** of B & B lawn care a ZERO. Branden came out on 8-17-2021 and put in a sprinkler system. He charged me $5900.00 to put in a sprinkler system in a very small yard (the yards that new homes get now a days) He proceeded to charge me another $200.00 because he had to hand dig some of the side of my house for the water lines, even though it is very obvious where the city utility boxes are located and where they are attached to the side of my house, anyone would know that some hand digging is going to have to be done. I then paid Branden another $135.00 to come and winterize my system. About January I noticed pvc piping laying next to my system timer and I noticed that he had not gotten all the water out and the piping had swelled and then busted. I have owned many sprinkler systems in my lifetime and I have never seen nor heard of this happening. When I called him he said he would be fair with me on the price to fix it!!!!!!! I mean he installed it and he winterized it so I am unsure how this is my financial responsibility.
Meanwhile last week my neighbor was getting his system installed so I asked if the new company would come and take a look at my system, because if I have to pay someone to fix the system it definitely would not be Branden considering he couldn't even install it right in the first place.
When the new company looked at the system he showed me all the mistakes that Branden the owner of B & B had made. He never cut the copper piping that extended from my house, he installed the system almost a foot away from the house, Even though Branden has lived here all his life and he knows how windy it is here most all of the time. He also originally thought he could install with 5 zones and then because of his incompetency it ended up being 6 zones. instead of going back and getting the proper heads to finish the 6th zone he put in some garbage nozzles, and half of my backyard is not receiving any water
