      I bought a car in late August 2022 from Thompson Auto and also purchased an extended warranty from them for my ******** ***. A week after I bought the car I realized the car had no heater in it and kept over heating so I called Tony ******** the owner and he said bring the car in but not until November so I was without a car. I did take the car in November 26th and dropped off it wasn't finished until January 24th which I did make car payments , when I picked the car it still didn't have a heater and sounded worse than before. Since this time Tony ******** has not answered any of my calls , refuses to meet with meet and no resolution to the car, he won't speak to me and never get any response or information when I do call.

      Tony Thompson sells lemon vehicles and passes them off as good working vehicles, he then repoes them when you complain about the vehicle and won't give you the car or your money back, *** *** *** ***** ****** **** **** **** *** he needs to refund my money or give me back the car that he sold me that he lied about the condition of.

      So they did a warranty claim on my car for the altinator and cv axel replaced the axel told me they replaced the altinator and they didn't I had to force them to replace it My girl friend fell in there shop messed her leg up he's Ben ripping me off on payments trying to tell me there *** but there 5 the mechanic broke my ac line won't replace it Made me pay outs pocket for a part they was saposta replace in the begging part of the deal of me buying the car my pay car I bought from them transmission went out 4 days after buying it they need to have a inspection of there business

      We leased our car in July of 2021. We put $*** down and agreed to pay $*** a month until the $**** was paid off. We were told that they put a new battery in the car and it was in good condition but we had to replace the battery about a month later. Now we just replaced the spark plugs but the 2nd and 3rd cylinders are misfiring and the spark plugs were saturated in oil. Thompson Auto says that we didn't purchase a warranty so they won't help pay to fix it and they won't trade the car in for another because it's not in running condition. They attributed the wear and tear to us having the vehicle even though it's only been 4 months and won't help in any way.
