I had un authorized transactions on my account on multiple times and get told that i need to contact the other company. I told them I tried and they said nothing we can do. Always charging for unapproved fees and transfers. I tried to get overdraft off but still get overcharged on my accounts.Business response

I have been in touch with ***** by phone. I explained the reasons we could not dispute the transaction based on ****** guidelines for disputes. Since he filed his complaint, he has been in touch with ****** and the situation has been resolved. No further action required by BHFCU.Initial Complaint

Black Hills Has My Auto Loan and I’ve been Behind on which I understand they are trying to get payment but they are blanting lying they sent a letter to warn of repossession if the vehicle and their letter states they have tried to contact us several times and I have never received a call from them I’ve never blocked their number and I’ve received maybe 4 emails describing my current situation and saying they will help how they can by the skip a payment plan they offer and no response from them they called my wife on a Friday and told them to call me at 430 that same day and they never called me I know they call from a specific area code either from ******* or ******** and I’ve know that as long as I’ve been banking with them so I know I have not blocked that number and now they are Threatening to repo my car after they have been lying to me about contacting me I’m making payments but I don’t like the way they have handled this issueInitial Complaint

BHFCU will not allow me to enter their building or use live tellers to do business. Their ATM's rarely work for depositing funds and I work with a lot of cash and need to be able to deposit it into my account to avoid fees and such. They claim I threatened them with physical violence which is an outright lie and if I call them again they threatened to call the cops on me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/12/14) */ December 14, 2021 Kaylee ****** Better Business Bureau ************** *************** Dear Kaylee ******, This letter is Black Hills Federal Credit Union's response to Case *********. BHFCU has a strong commitment to ensuring compliance with federal and state laws which prohibit workplace harassment. Our member's conduct was deemed inappropriate after similar reports were made from different employees detailing phone conversations which included verbal abuse and threat of physical harm. The restriction of services is the course of action BHFCU follows when members behave in this manner. While this member has displayed similar conduct in the past; his conduct over the phone on November 23, 2021 warranted immediate restriction to receiving services from our employees by means of telephone, drive up services, ITM services, or in any of our lobbies. Our member was clearly notified of the avenues available to him going forward. This member is allowed to use ATM services which include a function for depositing cash. If our member violates the notice provided to him, BHFCU will seek legal action, including contacting law enforcement.
