Purchase date: 2/16/2023 Total amount $****** I purchased 3 items from Blessed Performance. 2 of the items are being kept and used. The 1 piece billet grill from **** ***** ******** was improperly described on the Blessed Performance website. The owner of Blessed stated that he takes the information direct from the manufacturer website, however, the description on the Blessed Performance website DOES NOT match the description of the **** website. Blessed's website states this is a "Billet Series 1 Piece Grille" the item received is a 1 piece billet grill insert. Clearly, I expected to receive a different product than what was received. The owner suggested I contact the manufacturer as he was not aware that they offered returns. The manufacturer stated they had a 30 day return policy. An RMA number was given 2 days later to return the item to **** for refund processing. Nothing concerning return shipping was mentioned. I called and asked about a return label and was told "we are not a shipping company". According to the Shipping & Returns policy on Blessed's website, "The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is ours then we will cover return shipping." The mistake is clearly Blessed's by not ensuring that their description properly matched the description on the manufacturers page. I did not visit the manufacturer's website prior to the purchase. I saw a product available that according to the description matched the need that I had, so I made the purchase based on the description on the Blessed Performance website. I contacted **** and they are allowing me use of their house shipping account to return the grill to them at my expense of $***** as compared to the original quote of $******. This expense should be paid by Blessed Performance due to the inaccurate website description.
