            In January of 2023 Warax excavating was called to fix a valve under my sidewalk which the **** ** ***** **** had broken off during a water shut-off. Warax Excavating completed the valve repair and was to return another date to repair the sidewalk which contained the valve access. It was stated he was to return with concrete from another job and use remaining concrete instead of mixing a new batch to keep cost low for both parties. Both parties agreed to this. Payment of $4,959.19 was made for the valve repair (under the sidewalk) and to replace the piece of sidewalk which contained the valve access (sometime in the future). Warax never returned or answered repeated calls and messages. I have visited the former location of Warax, and it has been abandoned. I started calls to Warax sometime in June of 2023 and never heard from him. All I would ask is for accountability of our arrangement and for my sidewalk to be repaired properly. I do have a receipt for the work.
