They sold me a used 2015 Ford f-150 that was supposedly inspected for any problems but since i got it it has been leaking oil. I took it to a mechanic and they found that both valve covers had JB weld holding them together from when whoever replaced the VVT sensors broke them. I didn't catch it at the time I purchased it but all you had to do was take the plastic cover off the top of the motor to see it. They obviously knew about it if a mechanic looked at it for an inspection. They tried to screw me over also on my trade. Terrible car lot with no regard for their customers.

If I could give no stars or negative, because that is what they deserve, I would. Long story short, we have a recall on our car, something went wrong and we COULD NOT put it in park and had it towed to the Kia in Rapid City SD. Two weeks later we call and are told the service tech who looked at it "called out and their notes were locked in their case" and to call back the next day. When we did we were told now that same service tech is out to lunch and they will call us back as soon as he is back. Finally, we are told it was the battery. We pay almost 500.00 for this and get the vehicle that night. The next morning, less than 12 hours later, the car breaks down, with the same issue but allowed us to put it in park. I call and im frustrated and I am told by the SERVICE TECH who answered, after my husband had to leave several messages, that they "stand by there work" and they will have it towed there to see what happened. I said "Will I have to pay for the towing?" And I was told "No, we will liquidate that". Now we're told it is the alternator, less than 12 hours prior, the diagnostic that we paid over 150.00 for did not catch that and after paying almost 1300 for that, I see we are charged the towing fee of 242.00. I call and I am told by the manager, Dark, "I am inclined to believe my service techs that they did not tell you that..." I even knew who they used for towing because the SERVICE TECH TOLD ME! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE, they called me a liar and then took so much of my money. WORST PLACE EVER. If you want to be called a liar and get money taken from you, go there, otherwise, I'd stick with your regular mechanic.

Amazing! The best experience I've ever had getting a used (as is) car! Matt followed up on everything we talked about. He made sure everything got done the way I wanted it even after the deal was done! He and the service team went above and beyond they're responsibility. They even ordered parts needed. Even if I move to another state at some point, I will come back to Billion Kia. I will only get another car from Billion Kia. I've never felt like I was floating after buying a car!

So my experience, bought a telluride April 30, was told ********** is sold with every vehicle all fine and dandy expressed that we did not want any other dealer installed accessories or extra warranty, they snuck them in any way, stating that the warranty info they gave was from Kia, it wasn't and we're billed 2700$ for warranty. Warranty info that every new kia is sold with no info was provided, only info on warranty they snuck in. ****************** 2nd it has been past the 45 days to get info to *** so now we have a very expensive garage ornament we can not drive due to not be able to get it licensed... This place isn't a dealership it's a stealership.
