I had signed up to run a home for sale ad by print and online. Payment was made to the RC Journal on April 16, 2024. I received and e-mail that the ad would run on April 18. After a search of the classifieds on April 18, I was unable to locate my posting. I tried for several days after this to find the post, reach out to the journal by e-mail, phone, and a physical visit to their office. The phone is never answered and does not allow you to leave a voicemail. I receive e-mail confirmations that my e-mails were sent but never responded to. The physical address is not even the correct address and the doors were locked. I have tried all of the listed phone numbers. To my knowledge, my ad was never published and I never received one response to my inquiries. This is awful businessBusiness response

The ad did run, 4/20 thru 5/16. We provided *** ****** the e-edition clip, the proof as well as the ad schedule. She was satisfied with this. No refund will be issued since the ad ran.
