      They were not only professional and friendly but they explained every step they took and although the appointment was for 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, they stayed until the job was done so that we weren't without hot water over the weekend. I was impressed with everything they did.

      Excellent customer service! When our bathroom flooded, Loyal was extremely responsive. They not only corrected the issue but made several improvements to help prevent it from recurring. They are most definitely the first plumber I'll call in the future.

      So I had used their services a while ago to fix a clogged pipe. They could not finish the job because their equipment was not long enough and told me to call another plumber but they told me that I still had to pay for them coming out and trying to fix the job and told me I had no choice to pay upfront. I payed, thought it wasn't right so left a bad review on google.

      They reached out to me and the lady that helped me at first was really nice and then I was contacted by the owner and that is where it all went down hill.

      He said he would give me a refund, I thought it would go back to my card since I payed with a card but that was not the case. A month goes by and no refund in sight and no info about it from loyal plumbing so I updated my review on google. Was contacted by the owner the next day and tries to rip into me ******************** and came to the conclusion that I was trying to extort money out of him with a bad review.

      I called him out on how he did not properly get my information to send a check to me when he could have easily refunded back to my card and he never once said sorry for not being able to finish the job, for ********************, for not properly getting my information to resolve this issue.

      Keep in mind that this experience was with the owner. He showed he had zero customer experience and was rude beyond belief. Thought that I was out to get him just because I left a bad review on google ***********************.

      They also did not give me a full refund even though they did not fix my issue so I will make sure to never use their business ever again.

      Kassi, when you left your first review (that you deleted) you stated that we charged you $700 and didn't finish the job. The report I had from our tech was that he responded to your call in a Sunday for 4 hours and found that the problem was further into city piping and that you would need to contact a company or the city who had equipment that could clear the larger piping. I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding there. I was sorry and said I would refund you no problem for the bad experience. I mailed you a check to your address we had in our system. The next thing I knew, you had posted that we are scammers (you can see this on Google still) and that we wouldn't pay you, but you left out that you had actually moved to a different home during that time and that was why you didn't get the check. We saw the review and responded quickly. We came to your new home and delivered a check.

      It is not my fault you did not double check my information when you sent the check to me in the mail. I did no believe you would actually send it to me when you scrutinized me after posting a bad review saying that I was attacking you business and slandering your name the first time by claiming that you charged me $700, which I explained that my credit card company double charged me after I looked into it and got it sorted out. When we were talking over the phone I had told you "I don't know why it is that high its just what it says on my statement." you kept asking why I posted that you charged me $700 over, and over again and asked me "what's the big deal" and "what are you trying to get out of this?" like I was trying to extort money out of you. You were blatantly attacking me over a bad review that I never asked to be resolved or given a refund over. I believed you had lied to me based off of the prior interaction after a month had gone by without seeing the money back in my account and no one reaching out to me to make sure everything was good. You never stated that it would be a check, you never double checked my information, and you never said sorry for the bad experience. You, as the owner, have no customer experience especially after you attacked me from the first interaction we had believing I was trying to get a lot of money out of you for one bad review.

      At no time during our interaction have an ever felt like you were trying to get money. We refund our customers who have bad experiences (within reason of course). I will always take the approach of the customer is right. In this scenario, you posted that we charged you $700 for a drain line that we couldn't unclog. I would never do that to someone and that is why we refunded you. The actual cost was $244, and that was what I mailed to you. The next time I heard from you was when you posted that we were scammers for not sending you the refund. It had turned out that the refund did not get to you because you had moved. In my opinion, the fact that we sent the check to the address we have on file is an honest mistake. I think we can both take responsibility for that miscommunication. I do know that all government offices would require the customer to update their information, but I can see where you're coming from. Once we saw the review, we quickly called you and figured out why you had not received the payment. We then hand delivered the refund to you at your new residence. We still don't believe you're out to get anyone and we won't going forward. I will be honest that your original post seemed a bit harsh based on what happened on site. Your second post is very harsh, but we live in a free country! Have a great rest of your week Kassi. We will be willing and ready to help. Hopefully, we can resolve this as well :)
