Our air conditioning unit lost all of its Freon in June 2021. We were out of town when this happened, when we got home we called the company that had installed the unit in 2009. A repairman from Ebelution LLC, came and checked out the system, but could not find the leak. The repairman filled the unit with Freon and dye so that if the unit lost the Freon he would be able to find the leak. They charged us $299.12. In August 4, 2021, the unit lost all of its Freon again and we called again. It was really hot in July and August. This time he replaced all the joints in the pipes outside in the unit because he still could not find the leak. The he put more Freon in the unit and charged us $401.28. He said that he would have to order a part which cost $800.00 and he would have it shipped overnight. He said then that if he had to come back again he would not charge us for the Freon that he would pay for that himself. We had to call them back again on August 10, 2021, we had to call them again because all the Freon had leaked out again, but he finally found the leak. He did nothing but check out the system and said that he would have to order another part and it would cost us $800.00 and it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the part to come in. In the meantime we would be without any air conditioning. I called the owner and spoke to him. He was rude and told me that he was actually on vacation, but had to come back into work. So, he demanded to know what I wanted him to do as the repairman who came out was doing what he could do. At this time because he was so rude I then hung the phone up and started calling repairmen to find out what it would cost to replace the unit.
