      The company has not picked up garbage in our neighborhood for over three weeks. When I called to ask when they are coming. They refused to tell me ******************. **********************. We live in a area w a active mountain lion, fox. Big horn sheep, and deer. We don't have skunks yet but with the canyon lined with garbage we are sure to attract anything that's not hibernating. There is garbage everywhere. ***************************************************************************. Service have been delivered 1.5 miles down the road twice in this time frame but no one has come here.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2023/01/11) */ Ms. ******* - as discussed when you contacted our office via phone on 12/30/2022 and again over email on 1/9/2023 we were unable to service various areas, yours included, the week before and the week of Christmas due to weather-related issues and road conditions. We updated our ******** page and our website with service-related information in attempt to keep our customers in the know. The week after Christmas we were running a day behind due to the holiday therefore your service day was Saturday that week rather than Friday. We did service your container on 12/31/2022 and took your extras to make up for one of the missed services; we also credited your account back for the other missed service. We take the safety of our employees and the general public extremely seriously and if there are areas we are not able to safely access, in your instance because the roads were not properly maintained, we are not willing to put our drivers or anyone else at risk. We do our best to provide the exceptional customer service to our customers, but we will not sacrifice anyone's safety in the process. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2023/01/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I appreciate the help from the BBB but they didn't prorate my account. They also closed my account without my knowledge. They didn't tell me they were doing it or when. That turned out to be good though because the new service is much better. This is a lie **************************************************. They did not give me any answers at all. They refused to answer my question. If they would have answered the one question I asked we wouldn't be in this situation. *******************************************************************. Weee told they were coming to get trash twice and never came. So the response is a bold face lie. I did get a new service and the customer service is much better. ***************************************************************************. Keifer just seems to have excuses but no accountability. I paid for two full months which is 8 weeks and only received service 5 of those weeks. They are miss treating customers and taking advantage. Unfortunately for us there are wild animals in this neighborhood and this sort of thing can not be ignored. *********************************************************************. Doesn't make sense that the trucks worked that entire time a mile away but not here. I do not believe them at all. They are lying. But I'm square in it end and I don't have to worry anymore about mine. ***********************************************************************************************.it's not safe. It's also pretty telling that they can't own up to their own short comings. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2023/01/12) */ Ms. ******* - The only services not received in December were on 12/16/2022 and 12/23/2022. As explained in our email correspondence on 1/9/2023, we credited your account for the 12/16/2022 missed service, and when we serviced you on 12/31/2022 we took the extras to make up for the missed service from 12/23/2022. Your response to the email explaining this was, "Very good. Thanks for the update." As for us closing your account without your knowledge, the second time you contacted our office on 12/30/2022 you stated, "I'm gonna to find myself another garbage company who's not a bunch of %@#!" then you hung up on our representative. Given the fact you said you were finding another company, we closed your account. We consider this issue resolved to the best of our abilities and wish you the best with your new provider.
